This means the end product couldn’t possibly belong to anybody but you.
We start by exploring your brand identity and the how and why of who
you are and what you do. It’s a collaborative process.

:: How We Work Together

You email me. Then we voice chat via Skype or phone so I can pick up your vibe and personality. You complete a written questionnaire. I take an inspired soak in your brand identity, then we chat again to confirm or tweak my hunches. Finally, I write search engine-friendly, brand identity-infused copy for key pages of your website, along with SEO meta data for each page. If necessary, you get two rounds of reasonably minor revisions.

These pages could be:

• Home page/landing page
• About page
• Ideal Client profile page
• FAQ page
• Online store product descriptions
• Any other page of your site that’s important to your site visitors’ experience

Best of all, all of the web copy I write is SEO optimized based on my expert keyword research to make your pages as Google-juicy as can be. {Unless you tell me not to. Save $50 per page if you opt out of SEO.}

• $295 for up to 400 words on any one main page {i.e. Home, About, Services/Sales Page, Location, Contact}, then 65 cents/word.
• 65 cents/word for sub-page copy {pages that are not accessible from your main navigation menu, but from text links}
• the following are quoted on a project-by-project basis, taking your timeframe, quantity, and length requirements into account: online store product descriptions, e-newsletters, short-form bios for sidebars, navigation menu names, taglines, etc.

:: Typical Turnaround Time

• 2-4 weeks, start to finish, for an average of four pages of site copy
• minimum turnaround time for any single site page: 7 business days
• special one-off projects such as e-newsletters can usually be turned around within 7 days
• additional lead time required for projects begun near the holidays

You email me to start the convo. I review your project, affirm if we’re a great fit, then you send me raw material you’ve already written {email, Dropbox, or Google Docs will do just fine}. I read what you’ve got, then go soak in your brand. I rewrite/revise/copyedit/energize with more voice than you thought someone outside of your brain could bring. Please note: No revisions and no SEO meta data are included in the Copy Twirl. If you want Google juice and the chance to finesse the copy together, go for the full-service treatment, above.
